Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SetRsoft (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
SetRsoft is an open-source tool to design, visualize and share climbing routes and boulders in 3D, and to manage climbing hold inventories. Features may evolve over time.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us right away at contact@setrsoft.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts, and not to publish content that is offensive, infringing or misleading.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the sessions and content you create. You grant SetRsoft the rights needed to store, display and process that content in order to operate the Service, including showing sessions you choose to make public.
5. Intellectual property
The SetRsoft source code is distributed under its open-source license. The SetRsoft name, logo and hold models provided by manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Personal data
We collect only what is needed to run the Service: your username, email address and the content you create. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to contact@setrsoft.com.
7. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any loss of data or indirect damage, within the limits allowed by law.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we make significant changes, we will let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, we will first try to find an amicable solution.
